- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the program is canceled by SkillHerUp.
- Program access is granted only after confirmation of payment.
4. Course Access & Usage
- Access to course materials, mentorship calls, and masterclasses is strictly for the registered participant.
- Sharing login credentials, recordings, or course content with others is prohibited.
- All materials provided (videos, documents, guides) are the intellectual property of SkillHerUp and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without prior written consent.
5. Lifetime Mentorship & Masterclasses
Lifetime mentorship means you can connect with our trainers for guidance at no extra cost, subject to availability and fair usage.
Free monthly masterclasses are offered as value-added sessions. Dates, topics, or formats may vary and are at the discretion of SkillHerUp.
6. Responsibilities of Participants
By joining our programs, participants agree to:
- Attend training sessions and actively participate.
- Apply the learnings on their own business setup.
- Respect community guidelines when engaging with other women entrepreneurs in our network.
7. Limitation of Liability
While our programs are designed to provide practical growth strategies, SkillHerUp does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or business success.
We are not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., social media, ad accounts, marketplaces).
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
Our training may involve using third-party tools (Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, AI platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, policies, or technical issues related to these platforms.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any participant who:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Misuses course content or community resources
- Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
